No. Share a hosted link or embed the form on your site — anyone can complete it from any phone or computer, no app or login required.
Will I need a credit card to try it?
No. Your 7-day free trial starts with just an email — no card. During the trial you can run up to 2 active forms and 20 submissions, with a small "Powered by FormForge" line on public forms; all lift the moment you subscribe.
Can I put my own branding on public forms?
Yes. Your logo and colors appear on every public form and on the branded PDF archive of each submission.
